Through benchmarking in various kitchens in the Philippines and overseas, the management makes sure that kitchen facilities are at par with industry standard. Thus, making us the premier culinary institute in the city.
Students will be ensured that training with VCI-CDOC is really done at a professional level because of various reasons. Firstly, classes are limited to 12 students per batch for personalized learning approach. Secondly, chef instructors have international training and experience.
